All bicycles are professionally tuned and partially disassembled before being securely packed in oversized bike boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

What is your return policy on cycling apparel and parts?

We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets or installed drivetrain components.

Do you offer professional bike assembly for online orders?

Yes, if you choose the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout, our certified mechanics will fully assemble and safety-check your bike at no additional cost.
